Lilian Cattell is best known for two things – dancing and property. She has excelled in both fields and has been given an opportunity to start something new.
Prestige Homes is a division of Property Brokers Network (Pty) Ltd. and offers a unique bespoke service to the market, drawing on experience and knowledge coupled with dedicated service and attention to detail, targeting the top end of the residential property market via the private treaty sales mechanism.

Lilian’s experience in the property business includes sales via private treaty and the auction platform, most notably at the top end with successes in Sandhurst, Hyde Park and Westcliff.
Her career in property began ten years ago after a short period running her own events company. Lilian was introduced first to Pam Golding Properties and started her selling career in Parkhurst. Her very first sale was just over R800 000 – an impressive start for a property rookie!
She then moved to “The Parks”, Parkview, Parkwood and Parktown North and became Pam Golding’s Agent of the Year. Lilian also won “The Lisa De Silla Award” which represents the ultimate accolade – peer recognition as being the best in the business.
Based on her success, Lilian was then offered the most expensive real estate in South Africa – Sandhurst and Hyde Park. Her next milestone was a sale concluded in Sandhurst at R56 million. Focused on prime real estate in Sandhurst and Hyde Park, she achieved awards for the highest sales and turnover. Her record month was benchmarked at R94 million which made a significant contribution to her R264 million turnover for the year.
Motivated by a substantial shift in the market place, especially with regard to properties in excess of R10 million, she took the decision to move to present residential property to the market via an alternative sales mechanism platform. She worked tirelessly at changing the perception of sale by auction, it took three years for the breakthrough. Keeping abreast with the ever changing property market in South Africa she has combined her extensive experience in a unique offering to the market.
This latest enterprise represents a new chapter for Lilian Cattell, her passion for property, personal service and attention to detail is what drives her and gives her the winning edge.
During her ten years in property, Lilian has had the privilege of meeting some of the most amazing people in the property business and has been entrusted with marketing and selling some of the most spectacular homes in the country.
